Follow the below steps to enable read receipts:
- Log into Webmail at https://securemail.mylucidtech.com.
- Select Account (Gear icon) at the top.
- Within the Webmail card click the Request read receipts by default option.
- Click Save.
Follow the below steps to enable delivery receipts:
- Log into Webmail at https://securemail.mylucidtech.com.
- Select Account (Gear icon) at the top.
- Within the Webmail card click the Request delivery receipts by default option.
- ClickSave.
