How to setup email in Outlook using IMAP

Go to File, then select Add Account
Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types and select Next
Next, you will see a new window asking you to select the mail server type, select Internet E-Mail, which by default should already be selected. Click Next
Next, you will see the window asking for all the account details. Below are the details you need to enter on this page.
- Enter your name
- Enter your email address
- Account Type: Select IMAP
- Outgoing mail server: securemail.mylucidtech.com
- Incoming mail server: securemail.mylucidtech.com
- User Name: Enter your email address
- Password: Enter your password
This step is for older versions on Outlook: Before selecting next, click on the More Settings … button, choose the Outgoing Server tab and add a check mark in the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Choose the Advanced tab and enter the below settings.
- Incoming server (IMAP): 993
- Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL
- Outgoing server (SMTP): 465
- Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL
Click OK, this will close the Advanced Settings window. Click Next and you are done!
